BT-ODV Triple section bursting discs are normally applied in
low to medium pressure
applications and have an operating ratio up to 80% of the burst rating. The burst element with its laser cut breaking points ensures a high
degree of precision and in combination with the sealing membrane determines the burst pressure.

These forward acting
Bursting discs are suitable for a wide range of low to high pressures. The triple section design minimises the risk of fragmentation, at all pressures, with its star shaped opening formation.

In case of burst pressures > 1 barg (14.5 psig) and installation into a rigid piping the bursting disc is mounted in a bursting disc holder. It ensures a safe and optimum leak tight assembly of the bursting disc.
