In industries such as Chemical, Process & Vacuum technologies, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Cryogenic and Nuclear Research; many critical applications  require special burst disc assemblies (including bespoke designs) for easy and torque independent installation.

The IG-UKB-LS addresses the most versatile customer demands; compact spacesaving designs with multiple connection options. The sterile process surface of the bursting disc provides high pressure and back pressure resistance, helium tested leak tight integrity in a full metal design with the lowest burst pressure capability. It provides the perfect solutions for vacuum, UHV and cryogenic applications, e.g. liquid helium and nitrogen. Using high precision laser / plasma welding techniques the disc is sealed into a customised housing prior to helium leak testing and burst testing. The disc assembly is provided with full testing certification.

The pre-assembled unit is simple to install. Functionally, minimum gas cushions generate the required compression dynamic pressure necessary to enable dependable disc reversal and actuation.
