C-LEVER^® II - Flow Metering System

The C-LEVER® II by REMBE® sets the benchmarks in the field of industrial flow metering.
Its unique technique achieves an excellent accuracy of ± 0,25 % of the volumetric range for nearly all flowing bulk and solids.

The accuracy of the C-LEVER® II is almost independent from product, its density, form, friction and elasticity. Severe changes of flow and/or pulsations caused by rotary valves or screw feeders do not influence the accuracy.

Compared to conventional measuring systems - based on volume, speed or weight - the REMBE® system measures the product flow inline.
The C-LEVER® II is made without any mechanical moved parts (actuators, pivot bearings, belts). As a resulting from this no post calibration is required. All electronical components are mounted outside of the product flow.

C-LEVER^® II ^MINI

C-LEVER® II MINI is the ideal system for metering mass flows of 50 – 2,000 kg/h considering a density of 1kg/l. It distinguishes itself by an overall height of 350 mm only and a max. flow rate of 2 m3/h (+ 20 %). The system is suitable for dry and well flowing products of particle sizes from 0 to 10 mm. The max. deviation only amounts to ± 0.5 % of the volumetric range.

Applications:

• measurement of continuous or intermittent bulk solids
• discontinuous allocation, e. g. in filling processes
• continuous gravimetric metering in connection with controlled output device, e. g. metering screw, cell wheel sluices, etc.
