Single-layer and triple-section explosion panels

ERO

Ero sanitary bursting discs are applicable for food- and pharmaequipment that has to be protected against pressure as well as explosion venting.

The process is sealed completely smoth and homogenous stainless steel membrane of the ERO.

The patented design (Pat No. EP 07 73 393) allows a robust construction in combination with low response pressures. The ERO is the one and only sanitary bursting disc with USDA permission.

ODU / ODV

Triple-section bursting disc are ideal for low response pressure applications with the demand for long maintenance-free lifetime combined with large venting areas.

With more than 70 rectangular and round sizes this bursting disc design is the most allpurpose one.
Effective venting areas from 0.05 m² (77.5 sq inch) up to 2 m² (3, 100 sq inch)per bursting disc are available.

EDP

The single-layer EDP explosion panel is suited for slightly fluctuation working pressures. Due to its domed design and the integrated breaking points high stability and current capacity of change in pressure are achieved acc. to the patented REMBE^® concept.

EX-GO-VENT (EGV)

This flat, single layer explosion panel has a perfect venting efficiency acc. to its low weight. The incorporated bionic structures give it extraordinary stability in order to suit most standard applictions.

This uniqlue and patented designed guarantees durability towards any influence of operation conditions, e.g. pulsations, change in temperature, erosion.This way premature failure due to material fatigue is avoided.
