The load assembly is made of strengthened cast steel with an autophoretic corrosion resistant paint finish and houses the stainless steel shear beam load cell. The MasterMount® with capacities from 5 t - 20 t has been developed mainly for use with basic silo installations. Due to the patented load assembly a dummy cell is no longer required when mounting silos or vessels. The T95 LA consists of both stainless steel and alloy steel load cells complete with toughened auto-phoretic finish loading assembly. Although the assembly is used in compression, the cell is mounted in a pendulum and operates in tension. This ensures that the load point is always maintained through the central axis of the cell, even when the assembly is subjected to considerable movement or misalignment.
The T95 LA load cell is most suitable for high accuracy applications and where movement or vibration are present, e.g. mixers, catalyst vessels, weighing platforms, axle weighers and weighbridges. The T95 LA load cell is hermetically sealed to IP68 and approved to OIML 3000 C3, optionally to EEx iA II CT6.

The VC-3500-LA load cell is especially suitable for high capacity vessel weighing and feature a combined error specification of < +/- 0.05%.
The critical sensor element of the VC-3500-LA unit is a fully welded double ended shear beam, manufactured from high tensile 17-4 PH released stainless steel, heat treated to give a high ultimate tensile strength. This treatment provides an extremely stable platform for the strain gauges. The strain gauged element is temperature compensated to ensure accuracy throughout a wide temperature range.
