Single Layer Explosion Vent EX-GO-VENT

The flat REMBE® retangular burst panel provides a wide range of applications. This flat, single layer explosion panel has a perfect venting efficiency due to its low specific weight. Incorporated bionic structures guarantee an extraordinary stability in order to suit most standard applications. Due to the patented concept of combined gasket and breaking points configuration it is not required to control the clamping torque of the screws compared with similar competitor constructions.

Appropriate applications for the EX-GO-VENT are for example, the explosion venting of silos, filters, bucket elevators and bunkers.

The EX-GO-VENT doesn't require the usual counter frame to be mounted and can also be fitted to cylindrical walls with diameter larger than 3.5m. Due to the position of the integrated gasket, the EX-GO-VENT provides an extraordinary density.
