The EXKOP® system provides safe, economic and easy explosion, spark and flame front isolation. The quench valves protect interconnected equipment by high speed closure of a fast acting pinch valve. The quench valve is triggered by any signal available. The complete system is failsafe due to an intergrated pressure storage tank and self-monitoring controller. Events are observed by a ring storage memory. After an event the plant personnel can quickly reset the EXKOP®system. Plant downtime is reduced to a minimum.

With the non-return explosion valves series >>Q-Flap<< explosions in nearly all industrial sectors can effectively be isolated. The Q-Flap is certified as a protective system acc. to EU guidline 94/9/EG (ATEX 95). It is the only non-return explosion valve which is approved for decoupling explosions of organic and inorganic dusts (e.g. aluminium dusts).
